You don't have to

do it alone

Sometimes individual sessions might not be what you are looking for.  We offer a range of group therapy options, catered to interest and presenting issue.

WHY CHOOSE A GROUP?

Groups offer:

- A chance to connect with others who are going through a similar issue or experience

- Groups extend service and can provide a more proactive approach to build on or extend individual sessions

- Groups are often covered by insurance benefits for psychotherapy services, as they are run by Registered Social Workers.

- Creative approaches to use evidence-based strategies and theory to help clients build skills, experience validation and build community
